How do I pay with bKash or Nagad?
At checkout, choose a payment method. For manual payment, send the amount to the number shown, then enter the Transaction ID (TrxID) from your confirmation SMS. We confirm your order once we have checked the payment.
How long does delivery take?
Each delivery area has its own estimate, shown at checkout. You can follow your order on the order tracking page.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until it is being processed. Open the order in your account and choose Cancel order. If you already paid, we refund you.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest and create an account later with the same phone number to see your orders.
